Bedrooms
Villa Tria has two well appointed bedrooms; one with double bed, and other with two singles. Both with side units, dressing table / mirror, fitted wardrobes, private furnished balcony, hair dryers and air conditioning. There is also one large double bed downstairs.
Bathrooms
Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower, WC, vanity unit with mirror and light, storage cupboard.
Downstairs bathroom with shower cubicle, WC, basin, mirror and light.
Kitchen
There is a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, grill, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, all utensils, iron and board, storage cupboards. The kitchen is packed with every utensil required for making simple refreshments to main meal cooking. The main dining table has comfortable seating for 6 indoors. Double doors lead onto a tiled patio with table and chairs for those who like the Mediterranean style alfresco dining, long lazy lunch or romantic meal under the stars.
Living Room
Open plan bright living room with large corner double sofa bed, coffee table, shelving with stereo system with MP3 input. Tastefully decorated, blending with kitchen. 2 sets of double doors leading onto large tiled fully furnished patio and sun terrace. Off the living room under the stairs is a lockable cupboard / storage area that can hide away suitcases and any beach equipment or travelling items that would otherwise clutter and break the clean lines and ambiance of the Villa.
Outside
Large fully furnished patio leading from the double doors from the Villa living room and kitchen with table, chairs, umbrella, sun loungers and BBQ looking onto a private traditional pebbled rockery area with lemon, olive, tangerine and palms to create an oasis of relaxation. There is a large tiled separate patio area at the bottom of the garden that is a guaranteed sun trap. The patio is protected by a pergola and vines to ensure privacy to those who wish to sunbathe, sit or just enjoy the privacy the villa deserves.
There is a lockable private access for small car parking under pergola at the side of the villa and free access to shared pool at local hotel through gate 80m away a second pool 100m away on main road towards Lindos with others within the Krana district. A well stocked supermarket is 150m away from the villa. There are 2 side panel pull down clear re enforced wind breaks on the villa patio to block out any nuisance chilling breeze in early and late season and to make the most of the tranquil evenings.

All rooms fully air-conditioned/heated. Travel cot and highchair available. All air-conditioning, water and electricity included in the price. Full information pack about the villa, emergency numbers, your representative for your holiday including information on Rhodes, car hire, where to eat and what to do. Extra quilts and pillows available (inclusive). The accomodation is suitable for couples, families of all ages, and would be excellent as a base for weddings or honeymoons. We include a welcome pack of the essentials upon arrival. The Villa is peaceful yet only a stroll to all bars, restaraunts and all Lindos and Rhodes has to offer. The Villa has safety deposit box inclusive of the price for your tickets, passports, monies etc. to give you added peace of mind (please note we cannot accept responsibility of lost or misplaced possessions/items).
The Villa is cleaned twice a week and our professional management team are available to help and advise to ensure you enjoy your stay and have the best advice to get the most from your holiday. Along with meeting you on your arival at the Villa We can arrange taxi transfers to and from the airport so that you arrive as swiftly and easily as possible, ready to start your holiday on a high. This may be of particular benefit on very late and early flights.
